I highly recommend Michelle Earle for Rolfing! I was in a car accident years ago, and I endlessly looked for help from various sources. I saw 4 different physical therapists, 2 different orthopedic doctors, 2 different chiropractors, various personal trainers, and the list goes on. I was in pain, and some people told me that I just may never get better and have to accept being in pain. Some said I may never run again.  Being in my mid 30s, I couldn’t accept that fate, and kept searching for someone who could help me. A co-worker knew of my painful journey and recommended I check out Rolfing. I went online and found a highly rated Rolfer in the area. I saw her for a 10 series and it was ok, but it wasn’t as effective as I had hoped. I reached out to a Rolfing trainer in South Florida, who recommended I try Michelle. And then, everything changed. (So please know that not all Rolfers are the same!)

Michelle is AMAZING. She has helped me so much since my car accident. I can run again, and my pain decreases with each session. On top of that, Michelle and Rolfing have helped me improve so many other issues I have. She helped me with my flat feet, so I do not have to wear orthotics any more. I have a condition called Raynaud’s (poor circulation) and Rolfing has helped my symptoms improve. I also have carpal tunnel, and Michelle has helped that condition lessen as well!
I know some of you might be thinking, “This sounds too good to be true!” My husband thought I sounded a little overenthusiastic himself, so for our anniversary, I purchased him a 10 series from Michelle for a gift. And then he understood. He said that his body felt “reborn.” His posture improved, his breathing improved, his running times improved, and so on. Now he is hooked on it too!
